Cambios (si corresponde)
Solo reemplazamos artículos si están defectuosos o dañados. Si necesitas cambiarlo por el mismo artículo envíanos un email a info@femfever.com. Usted será responsable de pagar sus propios costos de envío para cambiar su artículo. Dependiendo de dónde viva, el tiempo que puede tardar en llegar el producto intercambiado puede variar. Nuestra póliza tiene una duración de 7 días. Si han pasado 7 días desde que recibió sus artículos, lamentablemente no podemos realizar un cambio.
Si envía un artículo de más de $75, debería considerar utilizar un servicio de envío rastreable o comprar un seguro de envío. No garantizamos que recibiremos su artículo devuelto.
Artículos adicionales no retornables:
* Cualquier artículo que no esté en su estado original, esté dañado o le falten piezas por motivos ajenos a nuestro error.

Exchanges (if applicable)
We only replace items if they are faulty or damaged. If you need to exchange it for the same item, send us an email to info@femfever.com. You will be responsible for paying your own shipping costs to exchange your item. Depending on where you live, the time it may take for your exchanged product to arrive may vary. Our policy has a duration of 7 days. If it has been 7 days since you received your items, unfortunately we are unable to make an exchange.
If you are shipping an item over $75, you should consider using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance. We do not guarantee that we will receive your returned item.
