SHIPPING POLICY

We ship from Puerto Rico. Shipping costs for your order will be calculated and displayed at checkout.

All orders are processed and shipped Monday through Friday from 10:00 am to 2:00 pm (except holidays). Each customer receives an order confirmation email. Once your order has been shipped, you will receive an email with your tracking number. It takes 2-3 days to process your order, but may take longer during busy periods. Local mail may experience delays beyond our control.


STOLEN, DAMAGED OR LOST PACKAGES

We understand that the theft or loss of a package can be annoying, unfortunately Femfever is not responsible for this. Please make sure your address is correct. Incorrect addresses can cause packet loss.

If a package was delivered to the shipping address you provided at checkout, we are not responsible if the package is lost or stolen after delivery.

If your package is lost in transit, which is very unusual, it is the responsibility of the local post office. In this case, you must contact USPS directly.


PROBLEMS WITH YOUR DELIVERY ADDRESS?

If USPS tracking shows that they attempted delivery, you must first call the post office and provide another secure address or inform them that you will pick up the package at the post office closest to your delivery address. If the package is returned to Femfever, due to lack of address, you will have to pay the shipping costs again.


INTERNATIONAL DELIVERY

We offer international shipping to Latin America and North America. Shipping costs for your order will be calculated and displayed at checkout. Your package may be subject to import duties and taxes, which are incurred once the shipment reaches its destination country. You, as a customer, are responsible for paying those fees. We recommend that you check with your local customs office before placing an order on our website as these fees can sometimes be significant and we cannot calculate them for you.
